Keystone Club helps out with the 4th anniversary celebration
"Becoming a Junior Staff has made me more responsible and helps me understand the importance of keeping my grades up. I like working the snack stand at the monthly dances and being in charge of running some of the daily tournaments. Before I came to the club I use to go home and watch TV, but now I am able to hang out with kids my age and learn from all the staff members here."

Torch Club: ages 11-13. Torch Club members elect officers and work together to plan and implement activities in four areas: service to the Club and community, education, health and fitness and social recreation.
Keystone Club: ages 14-18. Keystoners elect officers and plan and implement activities in six different areas: service to the Club and community, leadership development, education and career exploration, unity, free enterprise and social recreation.
Junior Staff: Junior Staff Member Development is a comprehensive, small-group program that assists Club members ages 10-18 in exploring a career in youth or human services, particularly Boys & Girls Club work. Through hands-on experiences with helping others in the Club and community, field trips and one-on-one guidance from Club staff, youth prepare for a future role as a volunteer leader in their community.
Youth of the Year: The Boys and Girls Club's youth recognition program for kids ages 14-18. This program is designed to promote and celebrate service to the community and family, positive life goals, and academic performance. Each month one individual is selected to participate in a statewide competition with the chance to receive scholarships for their outstanding leadership.
