Mission: To inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Boys and Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow all while having fun. It is truly a Positive Place for Kids. Preamble: The goal of this policy is to develop a diverse volunteer community that will aid in achieving the goals of the Programs at the Boys and Girls Club. Purpose: The Boys and Girls Club has developed this policy in order to help define the role and responsibilities of the Volunteers. It will also serve as a guideline for the Staff of the Boys and Girls Club, who by the nature of their position at the Club, is their responsibility to inform all volunteers of their privileges and responsibilities as a Volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club.
